About Asmbly
Asmbly is building the connected infrastructure around teaching and learning from Namibia. The Planner begins with teacher work because curriculum, classrooms, learner progress and reporting all meet there.

We often talk about better tools. But the biggest bottleneck is the empty cup.
They track, report, input and repeat the same information across systems that do not speak to each other. When a learner falls behind, the record may exist, but the teacher may no longer have the time or energy to understand what it means.
It begins with the week teachers already carry: timetable, curriculum, lesson plans, activities, attendance, marks and reports. Over time, Asmbly will connect learner support and the wider education system around that work.
Future directions are introduced only when the product and the evidence are ready.
03The people building it
Asmbly is made in Windhoek, Namibia — near the curriculum, connectivity conditions and school realities it has to work inside.

Founder and CEO

Co-founder · Growth and Partnerships
Junias owns growth and partnerships end to end — sourcing school opportunities, sequencing outreach and driving every commitment through implementation so pilots convert into classrooms that stay.

Co-founder and CTO
Stephen leads the technical work behind Asmbly, connecting curriculum, planning, classroom records and learner support without turning the platform into another system teachers have to manage.
If education is meant to shape the future, it cannot keep running on systems that drain the people who build it.
04The learner side
The Planner begins by returning time and connecting classroom information. The wider direction is to help teachers understand how each learner receives the lesson, without replacing the human relationship that makes teaching work.
05The wider conversation
The Planner is the working starting point inside the wider Asmbly direction.
