Because the platform handles school and educator information, data privacy is treated as foundational to everything we build.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, when we share it, how long we keep it, and how users can contact us regarding privacy. It applies to the Asmbly website (asmbly.space), Asmbly Planner web application (planner.asmbly.space), related emails, support interactions, and services linking to this policy.

3. Our Role With School And Learner Data

For account administration, authentication, security, service notices, analytics, and billing, Asmbly acts as a data controller.
